Ingredience

1 package of Smoked Sausage

8oz pasta, cooked, drained

1cup heavy cream

2tsp Cajun seasoning

1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4cup green onion (optional)

1/2cup cherry tomatoes (optional)

1. PREPARE: Cook pasta according to the package directions; drain and set aside. Bias-slice sausage into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick pieces

2. SAUTE: Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.

3.ADD: Add cream and Cajun seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer gently for 3-4 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat, stir in parmesan cheese. Add pasta to sauce and toss. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and green onions, if desired.
