Sausage And Peppers Sheet pan

Ingredience

Fully cooked caprese chicken sausages

1 bag mini peppers halved seeds and stem removed

Small onion and fennel sliced thick

French rolls

Provolone cheese

Balsamic vinegar

Olive oil

Pokyny

Toss veggies in olive oil, salt, pepper, splash of balsamic

Spread on sheet pan

Nestle in the sausages

Cook at 400* for 20 minutes

Stir then cook 5 minutes more

Toast rolls with cheese and pile on veggies and sausage
