Ingredients (makes about 12 balls)
100 g dates (soft, pitted)
50 g walnuts
30 g sunflower seeds
20 g pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for a smoother texture)
⅓ - ½ tsp lavender powder (optional, for relaxation)
Pokyny
Soften the dates: If they are dry, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Blend everything: Add walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt, and dates to a food processor. Blend until a sticky dough forms. If too dry, add coconut oil or a small splash of water.
Shape into balls: Roll the mixture into small balls with slightly damp hands.
Chill: Place them in the fridge for about 20 minutes to firm up.
