Hot Smoked Gouda Bacon Dip

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Pokyny

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded smoked Gouda cheese, crumbled bacon, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!

Serve warm with crackers, bread slices, or vegetable sticks.
