Creamy Parmesan Chicken with Penne

1 lb penne pasta
2 large chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Cook the penne pasta following the instructions on the package. Drain and set it aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken breasts, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Stir in the minced garlic and tomato paste, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until it melts and becomes smooth.
Mix the cooked penne pasta into the skillet, ensuring it's well-coated with the creamy sauce.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
