Baked Cod With Garlic And Lemon

Ingredience

4 6oz filets

3 T EVOO

3 cloves minced garlic

1 lemon zested and juiced

1 t paprika

½ t dried thyme

1 T chopped parsley

Pokyny

Preheat oven to 400 and parchment lined baking pan

Whisk together all but filets

Place flirts on prepared pan and evenly coat with sauce

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, filets cooked when reaches 145 degrees

Garnish with parsley
