Shepardagna Pie

Ingredience

1 pound hamburger meat

2 cups mozzarella cheese

Tater tots

8 oz ricotta cheese

1 - 4 oz can tomato sauce

1 egg

Salt

Pepper

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Italian seasoning

Jalapeño garlic seasoning (optional)

Preheat oven to 375.

In medium size bowl mix, ricotta, egg, half of the mozzarella, a little garlic powder, a little onion powder, salt, pepper and some Italian seasoning.

Brown hamburger meat with all the seasonings. When browned, add tomato sauce.

Place cooked hamburger meat in sprayed baking dish. Spread ricotta mixture over meat with spatula.

Place tater tots on top in an even layer. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the tater tots.

Bake covered for 35 mins then uncover and continue baking until the cheese becomes golden. (About 15-20 mins)
