Grandee's Passover Rolls

Ingredience

2 Cup water

1 cup oil

2 tbsp sugar

2 cup matzah meal

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp tumeric

7 eggs

Pokyny

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease 12 C mUFFiN tin w/ oil on cooking Spray

- Add oil, water, sugar, + Salt to pot + bring to boil.

Simmer for minute until sugar + Salt dissolve.

Remove trom heat and

Remove from heat +Quickly mix matzah meal + tumeric.. cool until warm (not hot)

- add eggs (1 at a time w/ Wooden spoon + mix

- Bike 10 min, + reduce to 325°

- Bake 35 min ar until Golden Browon. and fully cooked inside (check with toothpick)
