One-skillet Creamy Smoky Bbq Chicken & Sausage Pasta

1 lb smoked sausage, sliced

1 lb cooked chicken, shredded or diced

12 oz rotini or penne pasta

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup BBQ sauce (use a smoky, tangy variety for best flavor)

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

½ cup diced onion

Seasoning & Garnish

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Chopped cilantro or green onions (optional, for garnish)

Step 1: Brown the Sausage & Onions

1️⃣ Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2️⃣ Add sliced smoked sausage and diced onions to the pan.

4️⃣ Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper to enhance the flavors.

Step 2: Cook the Pasta in the Sauce
