Romanesco Steaks

Head of Romanesco

Olive oil

Seasoning salt

Garlic pepper

Santa Maria seasoning

Parmesan cheese

Pokyny

Cut Romanesco head in half, then cut into thick slices. Set on cooking sheet and add extra florets around the steaks. Drizzle with olive oil, seasoning salt, garlic pepper and tiny bit of Santa Maria rub.

Cook at 425° for 30 minutes. Half way through cook time, flip the steaks and sprinkle with a little extra salt and Parmesan cheese.
