Ingredienser

  • Rolled oats

  • cinnamon

  • Raw, virgin, coconut oil

  • Whatever nuts you like - I use almonds, macadamias, walnuts, pecans

  • Shredded coconut

  • Honey

  • dried fruit if you like

Vejledning

  • pre-heat the oven to 180°

  • Mix about 400 to 500 g of rolled oats into a bowl with 1 to3 teaspoons of the raw coconut oil. Mix enough, so that the oats are slightly wet

  • Add cinnamon or cinnamon sugar if you prefer

  • Mix in the nuts that you prefer

  • Ad about 100 g of shredded coconut

  • Mix everything in the bowl together and then spread onto a lined baking tray

  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes (depends on your toastieness level) at 180°

  • I stir and move around the mixture, so it gets toasted on both sides evenly

  • Once at your perfect cooked level, take out of the oven and mix in honey.

  • taste the sweetness and add more honey or cinnamon if you prefer
