INGREDIENTS

• 60oz Ground Chicken Breast (1700g) • 3 Eggs (210g) • 1 Minced Onion (280g) • 1.5 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs (85g) • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (120g) • 2 Tbsps Garlic Salt (30g) • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder (7g) • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper (7g) • 0.75 Cup Minced Parsley (60g) • 2 Tbsps Fat Free Milk (30g)

Vejledning

1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, eggs, minced onion, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper, parsley, and a few tablespoons of milk.

2. Mix everything together until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3. Lightly oil your hands so the meat doesn't stick to them, and form 36 meatballs that weigh about 2.5oz (70g) each.

4. Air fry the meatballs at 350F (175C) for 10-12 minutes, or bake them at 375F (190C) for about 12-15 minutes until proper internal temperature.

5. Evenly divide the meatballs into 10 meal prep containers (this will be about 3-4 meatballs per serving).

6. Store the containers in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator for up to 3 days (go to page 5 for reheating instructions from frozen).
