2 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp garlic granules
190g uncooked rice
1 tsp chili flakes

120g hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cornflour mixed with 20-30mls cold water
Vejledning
In a large bowl, season the chopped chicken with 1 teaspoon of garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Add 2 tablespoons of cornflour and toss until evenly coated.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat, spray with Frylite, and add the chicken. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked.
Add the chopped vegetables along with another spray of Frylite. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until they soften.
Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the packet instructions or use microwave rice for convenience.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients until well combined. Pour the sauce into the pan with the chicken and vegetables, bring to a boil, and stir until the sauce thickens.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer briefly. Add a drop of water to the pan to loosen up the sauce if needed.
