Sorrentia Gnocchi

Gnocchi Divella, 750 g

Divella tomato puree, 500 g

mozzarella, 300 g

Basil, 5 leaves

clove of garlic, 1

Evo oil, to taste

salt and pepper, to taste

Vejledning

Step 1

First prepare the sauce: take a saucepan, add a splash of oil and fry the garlic, add the Divella tomato purée, a few basil leaves, salt and pepper and leave to cook for 30 minutes. Cook the Divella gnocchi in plenty of salted water. They will rise to the surface a few minutes in, which means it’s time to take them out using a skimmer ladle.

Step 2

Pour a trickle of oil into a terracotta oven dish, add two ladles of sauce, two ladles of gnocchi, diced mozzarella, chopped basil and another ladle of sauce. Repeat the process with the rest of the gnocchi and cover everything with the sauce, basil and diced mozzarella on top.

Step 3

Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
