6 oz Marinara Sauce
2 oz Cream 35%
1 tbsp Mascarpone
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch Coarse Black Pepper
1 pinch Chili Flakes
1 oz Vodka Smirnoff
1 tsp Butter
1 pinch salt
Vejledning
Heat pan with butter, add spices, flambé with vodka, add marinara sauce, cream, and mascarpone at the end, stirring until uniformly mixed. Add rigatoni pasta and stir for a minute. Garnish with parmesan cheese, chives and fried sage leaves.
