Mom's Cream Puffs

12 cream puffs

Ingredienser

1 cup water

1 stick margarine

1 cup flour

4 eggs

Vejledning

Heat water and margarine in a pan until margarine melts. Add flour and stir until dough sticks together. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Spoon into 12 clumps on a sheet. Bake 10 mins at 400°F, then 25-30 mins at 350°F. Cool and fill before serving.

Notater

Nana used to make these cream puffs. You can use butter instead of margarine. These are one of Dad's childhood memories. Mom
