Potato Gratin

Ingredienser

1kg potatoes

320g milk @tasteofavonmore

150g double cream @avonmore

1 tbsp rosemary

1 tsp cumin (trust me)

1 tbsp garlic

100g Parmesan (mid layer)

150g Parmesan/Gruyere (top layer)

1 tsp rosemary

Vejledning

Step 1: Preheat oven 200C

Step 2: Peel & Slice your potatoes (using a mandoline is preferable)

Step 3: Add your milk, double cream, rosemary, garlic, cumin & garlic into a pot and bring to a boil

Step 4: Add your potatoes and boil for 6/7mins to soften them

Step 5: Then layer your potatoes into an oven proof dish, cover half the dish and then add your Parmesan, fill the rest of the dish with potatoes and then top with Gruyère & rosemary

Step 6: Pop into the oven and bake at 200C for 25/30mins
