Ingredienser

3 large cans tomato puree

1 large onion

Garlic

4-5 carrots

2-3 stalks celery

White wine

Salt, pepper, sugar, bay leaf

Vejledning

Heat olive oil in pan. Had finely chopped onion, finely chopped celery and carrots (I usually grate the carrots). Cook 5-7 mins until translucent. Add as much garlic as desired. Cook for one minute until fragrant. Add one cup white wine and cook 5 mins to cook off alcohol.

Add cans of tomato puree, some salt, pepper and sugar and bay leaf. Simmer for a few hours.
