9.5 g Yeast

17 g Salt

17 g Sugar

2 Cups Warm Water (110 degrees)

5-6 Cups Flour

Vejledning

1. Mix 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar, and water. Let sit 5 minutes.

2. Add salt and flour, 1 cup at a time, forming dough.

3. Knead 3 minutes.

4. Let rise 1 hour.

5. Punch and knead another 3 minutes.

6. Form into loaf and let rise 45 minutes.

7. Dust top with flour and cut top into whatever. Lightly brush with olive oil.

8. Bake at 400 degrees for around 30 minutes, till internal temperature hits 190 degrees.
