100g Extra lean ground beef

20 Baby bella mushrooms

1 slice American cheese

5 Grape tomatoes

1 leaf of Lettuce

Vejledning

Remove mushroom stems.

Season ground beef with salt and pepper (you can also mix-in finely chopped mushroom stems).

Transfer seasoned ground beef into a piping bag or zip loc bag.

Stuff half the mushrooms with ground beef.

Grill mushrooms until beef is fully cooked.

Melt 1/9 of a slice of American cheese on each mushroom.

Stack tomato, lettuce and mushrooms to make a burger.
