Honey Mustard Carrots & Parsnips

500g carrots
500g parsnips
2 tbsp olive oil
Honey Mustard Glaze:
4 tbsp oil @lakeshore_ireland
4tbsp honey @boynevalleyhoney
3tbsp wholegrain mustard @lakeshore_ireland
1 tbsp garlic @verylazyfooduk
1 tbsp parsley
Vejledning
Step 1: Preheat oven to 190C
Step 2: Cut up your carrots and parsnips into any length/ shape you want
Step 3: Place your parsnips & carrots into a baking tray & pour oil over, along with salt & pepper- bake until slightly al dente (about 25/30mins)
Step 4: Combine all your honey mustard glaze ingredients together and set to one side
Step 5: Once they are cooked, transfer to a pan or leave in pan & place on top of hob (at a medium heat)
Step 6: Pour your honey mixture over the vegetables & lightly cook for 10mins
