Easy Buffalo Chickpea Wrap for You Hotties Who Work or Want

1/2 can rinsed chickpeas
2 tbsp buffalo sauce (or to your liking)
1 tbsp ranch (or to your liking)
Chopped red onion to liking
Chopped celery to liking
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup feta cheese
Lettuce to liking
1 tortilla
Anweisungen
In a bowl, add the chickpeas, buffalo sauce, & ranch & mash.
Add the onion powder, garlic powder, red onion, & celery & mix in.
Heat a tortilla for 20 seconds in the microwave & add the Buffalo chickpea mixture, feta cheese, & lettuce.
