Here’s your shopping list:
1 onion - finely sliced.
1/2 tbsp of olive oil.
1/2 tbsp of unsalted butter.
1/2 tbsp of crispy chilli oil.
300g of raw king prawns.
3-4 cloves of garlic - finely chopped.
Tsp of smoked paprika.
A pinch of salt.
A bunch of fresh parsley, stems and leaves, finely chopped.
150ml of hot chicken or vegetable stock (1/2 a stock cube)
150ml of single cream.
10g of parmesan - grated.
225g of uncooked spaghetti
