1 tbsp bean sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 thai red chilli peppers
2 clove garlic
1 stalk green onion
Main
500g silken tofu
500g pork mince + marinade:
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp water
Garnish
1 tsp sesame oil
Anweisungen
PREP
Put pork mince in a large bowl, add the following and mix with hands:
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Make cornstarch slurry with 1 tbsp corn starch and 2 tbsp water
Cut tofu into cubes and set aside
Mince garlic and chillies
Steps
1. Add 1 tbsp of oil and stir fry garlic and chillies until fragrant
2. Add pork mince and sauté until cooked. Break pork mince into small pieces
3. Add
- 1/2 tsp MSG
- 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
4. Add diced tofu and gently stir being careful to not break them. Simmer for 2 mins
5. Pour cornstarch slurry around the pan and stir gently while pouring
6. Add 1 tsp sesame oil
7. Season with salt or MSG to taste and spring onion
