Jalapeno Popper Chicken Meatballs

Zutaten

1/2 pound ground chicken

1/2 + 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or blend w/ cheddar in it)

1.5 Tbsp whipped cream cheese

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 jalapeño, chopped (or more)

1 Tbsp scallions, chopped

3/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

3/4 tsp sugar of choice * I used golden monkfruit

Pinch of black pepper

Anweisungen

-Mix together.

-Shape into meatballs.

-Optional: Freeze for 30 minutes.

-Place in air fryer and spray.

-Cook for 10-12 minutes, making sure to flip half way through. *Everyone’s air fryer is different so cooking times may vary -please ensure inside is cooked to internal temp of 165. note: Take them out once finished cooking and set on a plate or it will be harder to take out of air fryer if left on the rack longer.
