aubergine
olive oil
balsamic
red onion
garlic
dried herbs
cannellini beans
tomatoes
tomato pesto and puree
coconut milk
baby spinach
basil
It’s great with some swirls of coconut yoghurt, more basil and pine nuts on top 🌱
