Hot Honey Olives on a Bed of Whipped Feta

1 jar of Sicilian olives
1/4 cup olive oil (I used @Its.Olio !!!)
2 tsp honey
1 tsp chilli flakes (or to taste)
1/4 cup of parsley, chopped
1 clove of garlic, crushed
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 block of feta
2 heaps tbsp greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
Drizzle of honey
Anweisungen
Roughly chop the olives (different sizes is good!). Combine the olive oil, honey, chilli, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice & pepper. Mix well. Pour over the olives, mix and set aside.
To make the whipped feta, add the feta, yoghurt, lemon juice, lemon zest & honey to a blender or food processor and blend until light and fluffy. Spread over your serving platter & top with the marinated olives. Top with extra parsley and chilli flakes. Serve with fresh hot bread. Delish.
