Taco Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Anweisungen
Directions:
1. Start by heating up a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it's browned and crumbled. Make sure to drain any excess grease to keep things nice and light.
2. Next, sprinkle in the taco seasoning and pour in the water. Give it a good stir and let it come to a boil—this is where the magic begins!
3. Once boiling, reduce the heat and toss in the uncooked Minute Rice. Stir it all together, cover the skillet, and let it cook for about 5 minutes, or until the rice is tender and has absorbed all those tasty flavors.
4. When the rice is ready, remove the lid and fold in the salsa and shredded cheddar cheese. Give everything a good stir to melt that cheese!
5. Turn off the heat, and your Taco Rice is ready to serve. Enjoy this flavorful dish with your favorite toppings!
