Korean style omelet

6oz thinly sliced beef brisket

1 tsp black pepper

1 cup yellow onion

salt (to taste)

2tbsp soy sauce

1/2tbsp brown sugar

40ml beef bone broth

1/2 tbsp of gochugaru

2 egg

garnish with green onion

optional: pair with rice and kimchi

How to make it yourself:

Dice your green and yellow onions.

Coat your pan with spray oil and add your thinly sliced beef brisket and cook till done

To make your marinade, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, gochugaru, and beef bone broth and pour it over your beef.

Add your diced onions and let it cook through then pour your marinade on top.

Whisk together two eggs in a bowl and pour it on top and fill all the gaps to make your omelette.

Season with salt and black pepper and add your diced green onions on top.

This is optional, but I like to lay it over steamed rice and pair it with kimchi and enjoy!
