Zutaten

1 can black beans

1 diced Onion

1 diced red pepper

3 cloves of garlic

1/4 cup of salsa (or however much you want)

Sriracha for heat.

1 egg per person

1/2 avocado per person

brown rice

Saute the onion and pepper in a bit of oil (not much)

Add garlic, cook until fragrant.

add salsa

squirt of sriracha.

Cook the rice.

Fry the egg over easy.

Put the egg over the rice.

Avocado sliced.

bean mixture on the side.
