1 - 2# pkg frozen hash browns
1 1/2 sticks of butter - melted separate
1/2 c chopped onion
8 Oz shredded cheddar
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp salt
Pepper and garlic powder to taste
1 pint sour cream
2 cups Corn flakes for topping
Anweisungen
Defrost potatoes. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 stick butter and corn flakes. Put into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix 1/2 stock of butter with the cornflakes, spread on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
Can be made ahead and frozen.
