• 60oz Lean Steak (Skirt) (1700g) • 2 Tbsps Garlic Salt (30g) • 2 Tbsps Black Pepper (15g) • 1 Diced Onion (300g) • 1 Large Diced Bell Pepper (300g) • 1 Cup Fat Free Mozzarella (115g) • 0.5 Cup Greek Yogurt (0% Fat) (115g) • 4oz Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese (115g) • 0.5 Cup Minced Parsley (Optional) (40g)

Anweisungen

DIRECTIONS

1. Take out 60oz of lean steak and put it in the freezer for about 1-2 hours. This will help you cut it into strips in Step 2.

2. Once the meat is almost frozen, use a knife to slice into very thin strips.

3. Add the strips to a large bowl and let them thaw out a little before seasoning them with garlic salt and black pepper.

4. Add the diced onions and bell peppers to a pan and cook then for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat until they become translucent. Set aside for now.

5. To the same pan, add the seasoned meat and cook on high heat until the meat is cooked through and you start to see some color.

6. Turn the heat down to low. Add mozzarella, provolone, and the cooked veggies made earlier. Add a splash of water, and cover with a lid.

7. Once the cheese melts, add the Greek yogurt and mix together very well.

8. Evenly divide the meat into 10 meal prep containers (you can do this by weighing the finished product and dividing the weight by 10).

9. (Optional) Top the meat with parsley for a little additional color and flavor. 10. Store the containers in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator for up to 3 days (go to page 5 for reheating instructions from frozen).
