Harvest Yams

3-4 large yams

2 Golden Delicious apples

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup miniature marshmallows

Peel yams and cut into chunks. Boil yams in water until a fork can be inserted easily. Drain. Puree yams with a hand mixer. Wash, core, and grate apples to make 1 cup. Add 5 cups of the yams and all other ingredients. Mix together and bake 35-40 minutes at 350°F.
