Strawberry Jello Cake

5 separated eggs

3/4 cup sugar

2 tbsp oil

3 tbsp cornstarch or potato flour

CREAM

500ml sweet cream 38%

Vanilla pudding packet

Two packets vanilla sugar

1/2 cup milk

OTHER

Sliced strawberries

Strawberry or peach jello

CAKE

Whip egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks

Add rest of ingredients and pour into tray

Bake at 320F for 30 minutes

JELLO

Blend mix with hot water

Let cool a bit

CREAM

Whip ingredients and pour over cake

Freeze 15 minutes

Place strawberries on top

Pour jello over it

Refrigerate
