Glazed Orange Juice Muffins

2 cups Bisquick baking mix

2/3 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons sugar

1 egg

Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Beat egg slightly, stir in remaining ingredients until just blended. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

Glaze:

Mix 3 to 4 teaspoons orange juice with 1/2 cup powdered sugar and spread orange glaze over muffins.
