Lemon Tilapia

.45 lbs tilapia
6oz spinach
1 lemon (maybe more?)
Nonpareil capers
3 cloves garlic
Parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano
Chicken bouillon
Heavy cream?
Instrucciones
Spinach
1 tbsp butter
Minced garlic
Spinach
Salt, pepper, more than 1/2 lemon
Tilapia
Rub with salt, peppers, garlic powder, little onion powder, parsley, oregano
Sear both sides in EVOO on medium heat then add sauce ingredients before cooked
Sauce
3 tbsp butter
1 clove minced garlic
_ minced capers + juice
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1/2 lemon and parsley
Baste until fish is cooked (soft, flakey, 145)
Remove fish and if sauce is left reduce (maybe add heavy cream)
Notas
Don’t burn the garlic before adding spinach. It’ll cook move before the spinach wilts
