German Pancakes with Strawberries

¼ cup butter

1½ cups milk

¾ cup flour

¼ cup sugar

3 eggs

¼ teaspoon salt

3 cups fresh strawberries, halved

2 tablespoons sugar

1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream

¼ cup packed brown sugar

Maple syrup

Instrucciones

Preheat oven to 400°F. Melt butter in a 9-inch pie plate. Blend milk, flour, sugar, eggs, and salt until smooth. Pour into pie plate, bake at 450°F for 20 minutes, reduce to 350°F and bake 8-10 minutes until golden. Top with sugared strawberries, sour cream, and brown sugar. Serve with maple syrup.

Double the recipe and use a larger pan if needed.
