Holiday Cheesy Potatoes Great Aunt Gerry Davis

two packages frozen cubed hashbrowns
Two cans cream of mushroom soup
Cheddar cheese
Milk
Salt
Pepper
Instrucciones
preheat oven to 325°.
Put hashbrowns in bottom of baking dish and break up with fork.
Poor two can cream of mushroom soup and enough milk to soften up the potatoes over the top.
Add cheddar cheese over the top.
Cook for 15 minutes and stir everything up.
Cook for 30 to 40 minutes more at 325° until golden brown.

Dani’s Story: every year at Christmas, we would go to aunt Jeri and uncle Phil‘s house. This was a favorite dish among all of the family.
