15g Stevia (Brand: Natvia Natural Sweetener - or your choice of sweetener)
40g Protein Powder (Brand: Rule1 Vanilla Crème - or your choice of flavour)
200g Frozen Blueberries
10g Cornflour Mixed With Water
1 Crushed Biscuit/Graham Cracker (Brand: McVities Digestive Biscuits)
20g Melted White Chocolate [optional) (Brand: Well Naturally No Added Sugar White Chocolate)
