Ingredientes

Chicken pieces

1 Onion

3 garlic cloves

Coconut Cream

1 Green Pepper

1 400g Tin chopped tomatoes

7 tbsp Peanut Butter

1pt Chicken stock plus 50ml

Chilli flakes

Instrucciones

Fry Onions peppers & garlic till soft. Add chicken until browned and take chicken out

Add 1pt chicken stock + chopped tomatoes. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Add chicken back in and add coconut & salt and pepper.

Cream Peanut butter with a 50ml of stock and add

Simmer till cooked & thick.
