Chili's Enchilada Soup

1 lb chicken (bite size)
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove chopped garlic
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup masa harina flour
3 cups warm water
1 cup enchilada sauce
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Instrucciones
SAUTEE chicken, oil, onion, and garlic. Add chicken broth.
MIX in a separate bowl the Masa Harina Flour and 2 cups of the warm water. Then add to the rest of the soup and begin to boil.
ADD rest of water, enchilada sauce, Velveeta cheese, salt, chili powder, and cumin. Cook 30-40 minutes on low.
