Sticky Sesame Tofu

This is my favourite way to eat tofu - if you’re not a tofu lover, this will convert you! The tofu is pan fried until crispy and then tossed with a sticky and spicy sauce - it is so more-ish!
Firm Tofu
Cornstarch
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
Knob of ginger, minced
Sesame seeds and spring onions
To serve: rice
Note: to press the tofu, drain it and put it in between several sheets of kitchen paper. Put something heavy on top (I used a cast iron pan) and set aside for 15 minutes.
