2 Steaks, about 1.75 inches thick
Kosher Salt
Ground Black Pepper
2 Tablespoons Salted Butter

Instrucciones
1) Season your steaks liberally with kosher salt and ground black pepper on all sides. Place into sous vide bags and pump out all the air. Place into the liner and fill with enough water to completely submerge the steaks and seal the lid. Choose Sous Vide / Ultra and set for 130°F for 1-2 Hours.
2) Heat a cast iron pan on high heat. Remove steaks from the sous vide bags and pat them dry with paper towels. When the pan is very hot and starts to smoke, add 1 Tablespoon of Avocado or Vegetable Oil.
3) Sear the steaks on each side for about 1 minute for medium-rare or about 2 minutes on each side for medium (for medium sear time is dependent on how hot your pan is), always do a touch check so the doneness is to your liking. Add 2 Tablespoons of Salted Butter to the pan and base the steaks for about 10 seconds. Rest the steaks for 5 minutes and sprinkle on more kosher salt before serving. Enjoy!
