Air Fryer Meatloaf

1 pound lean ground beef
½ green bell pepper (finely diced)
â cup seasoned bread crumbs
¼ cup onion* (finely diced, see note)
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 egg yolk
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt (and pepper to taste)
¼ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup chili sauce
Instrucciones
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl just until combined.
Divide the mixture into 2 and shape into small meatloaves, about 5" long by 2" wide.
Cook in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl. Add topping and cook an additional 5-7 minutes or until meatloaf reaches 165°F.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
