2 8-oz packages cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping:

1 1/2 cups sour cream

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Instrucciones

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Blend together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy in a blender or mixer.

3. Pour mixture into a large 10" pie tin lined with a graham cracker crust.

4. Bake for 30 minutes.

Topping:

5. Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over hot cheesecake.

6. Return to oven for 5 more minutes.

7. Let cool and top with any fruit topping if desired.
