Ingredientes

3/4 cup and 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

3/4 cup flaxseeds

1/3 cup chia seeds

2 tsp brown sugar

1 and 1/2 tsp salt

3/4 tsp pepper

1 and 1/2 cup boiling water

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

1/3 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup and 1 tbsp cornstarch or tapioca flour, or 6 tbsp chickpea flour

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp tahini

Instrucciones

Heat oven to 375 F

Line two baking trays with baking paper

Mix dry ingredients together

Mix wet ingredients together

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients

Pour 1/2 mixture into each tray and let sit for 10 min

Bake for 45 minutes, flipping the tray after 20
