Simple Pepperoni Stromboli

1 refrigerated pizza dough
½ cup shredded parmesan
3 oz pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1½ cups pizza sauce
Instrucciones
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Roll out pizza dough onto a flat surface and transfer to baking sheet.
Top with parmesan, pepperoni, and mozzarella. Roll up, place seam side down, and cut slits in pizza dough at 2-inch intervals.
Bake until golden brown, about 15-30 minutes (certain brands of pizza dough may brown more quickly).
Meanwhile, heat pizza sauce in a pot over medium-heat until warm, about 2-3 minutes.
To serve, plate stromboli with pizza sauce.
