Loaded Mashed Potato Balls With Bacon

Ingredientes

2 Cups cold Mashed Potatos

1 egg lightly Beaten

4 oz Block cheddar Cheese

1/4 c chopped green onion stems

1/2 lb bacon crumbles

Instrucciones

* Mix potatos, green onions, 1/4 cup bacon

* Shape into 1 inch balls

* put a cube of cheese into center of ball

* Dip the ball into the egg + roll into bacon bits

* Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes
