Chinese Green Beans

~Pound of string beans
Half a bag of shrimp or ~1/4 to 1/2 lb of ground pork
6-8 garlic gloves
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Avocado oil
Instrucciones
1. Prepare string beans (remove ends and side stems)
2. Heat oil and flash fry string beans until wrinkly
3. Using some leftover oil fry the minced garlic and and add shrimp or ground pork
4. Add back in string beans once shrimp or pork is cooked
5. Add oyster sauce and mix around
