Chilli Beef Fried Rice

Ingredientes

  • 250g 5% fat mince

  • 1 red chilli

  • 2 garlic cloves

For the sauce:

  • 20ml soy sauce

  • 50ml water

  • 2tbsp sweet chilli sauce

  • 2tbsp tomato purée

  • 2tbsp honey

FOR THE RICE:

  • cooked basmati rice (I weigh it dry 120g)

  • 1/2 onion

  • spring onion

  • 3tbsp soy sauce

  • 1tbsp teriyaki or oyster sauce

  • 1tbsp sriracha

  • Lazy garlic

Instrucciones

  1. Put your basmati rice on to cook in the background or use leftover rice.

  2. Fry off the garlic for 30 seconds, then add your beef mince, chillis and some garlic granules. Fry the beef until it starts going nice and brown, then add in all of your sauce ingredients and leave this to cook until the sauce is thick and bubbly! Set aside for later

  3. in the same pan add the add onion and any other veggies (I used carrots and courgettes) to a pan, let this cook for a couple of minutes. Then add the garlic fry for 30 seconds, before adding all the other ingredients.

  4. add the cooked rice into the pan along with the rice sauce ingredients and mix to combine.

  5. add the beef back in until everything’s piping hot. Serve with chilli oil and sesame seeds and spring onions
